1. This Regulation provides for the processing of the personal data of the Clients, which enters into contracts for the provision of physical and recreational services with the Limited Liability Society of the Nigerian Fits Group.
2. The purpose of the regulation is to ensure the protection of the rights of the Clients in the processing of their personal data by the Society with Limited Liability of the " Niger City Fits Group " (hereinafter referred to as the Operator or Society),
3. Personal data cannot be used by the Society or its employees to cause property and moral harm to the Clients, to impede the exercise of their rights and freedoms.
4. Society is under an obligation to implement processing of personal data only on a legal and fair basis.
5. The processing of the personal data of the Clients should be limited to the achievement of the legitimate, specific and predetermined objectives of the Clients contract. Only the personal data of the Clients are to be processed, and only to the extent that they meet the purposes of processing as defined in the contract with the Clients or the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. The client ' s personal data being processed are to be destroyed or de-declared upon the achievement of the processing objectives, or if the need to achieve those objectives is lost, unless otherwise provided by the Russian Federation law.
7. This regulation and its modifications shall be approved by the Director-General of the Society and shall be subject to a directive on the main activities of the General Service " Nigerian Fits Group " . All members of the Society who process in any way the personal data of the Clients should be made aware of the Regulation and its amendments. This provision is binding on all members of the Society who have access to the personal data of the Clients.
